Simple and intuitive, the touch screen displays all the operating functions which can be activated in a quick and precise manner.
Furthermore the clarity of the display ensures good visibility in almost all lighting conditions.
HIGH PERFORMANCES
INCREASED EFFICIENCY
MULTIGAS 9000 is equipped with ECO LOCK ® quick coupler, BRAIN BEE PATENT, these couplers will
assist the reduction of wasted gas quantities, safeguard the operator and contributing towards environmental
protection.
Thanks to its patented technology ECO LOCK ® prevents the typical ‘puff’ effect, that is to say dispersion of
refrigerant into the environment which usually occurs at the end of a normal charge procedure when the hoses
are removed from the vehicles A/C system.
LONG LIFE PUMP
This is a special function that is only available on the Brain Bee CLIMA range and will extend the life of
the pump oil for up to 1.000 hours.
This function can be activated when the station is not used and allows for the automatic oil regeneration
cycle where the existing pump oil is purified to provide a longer life cycle, thus reducing operating
costs.
INTEGRATED DATABANK
MULTIGAS 9000 is equipped with the most complete R-134a and R-1234yf related database in the market.
The Database can be updated anytime by means of Brain Bee CLIMA SOLUTION – (optional).
With an unlimited expiry date the vehicle databank enables the MULTIGAS 9000 to automatically use the specific recharge parameters
of the vehicle being serviced and therefore all phases of the A/C program are fully optimised to ensure that the MULTIGAS 9000 always
delivers a fast and easy recharge.
Moreover, the clear graphic display provides detailed schematic diagrams of the cooling system for the vehicle under test.
MULTIGAS 9000 can be easily updated: with the latest database release using the optional Brain Bee Clima Solution mobile storage
device. Moreover using the Custom Cycle function the MULTIGAS 9000 is able to memorize up to 100 additional vehicle settings and
configurations.
The integrated printer can be customized with the garage details and provides a hard copy record of the A/C system being serviced.
EASY-SERVICE DESIGN
MULTIGAS 9000 maintenance strategy has been inspired by the same concept of the overall design: ease of use and operation.
All parts and components that are subjected to wear and will require regular
maintenance (e.g the filter dryer) are easily accessible and located in a position
that allows for fast replacement by experts and non-experts alike therefore
minimizing the machine downtime costs and ensuring the uninterrupted and steady
performance of the MULTIGAS 9000.
HIGHLY MANOEUVRABLE
MULTIGAS 9000 wheels have been specifically designed to let the station spin
around its main axis and make it very easy to move around where space is a
limited resource.
LARGE RECHARGE CAPACITY
The large 26-litre gas cylinder will provide enough refrigerant for more than 100
recharges, and therefore extend the period between tank refilling.
N-LEAK TEST (LEAK TEST WITH NITROGEN)
Optional function (it can be activated with the specific KIT) allowing the
execution of LEAK TESTS when the A/C system is under pressure conditions
